Sergio Tigera

CEO

Sergio is a dynamic leader, speaker and Executive Coach with over twenty-five years of domestic and international business leadership experience. Sergio holds an Executive Master of Business Administration ('15) from Florida International University as well as an International Consortium Certificate from the University of Stellenbosch, in Cape Town, South Africa.

His passion for coaching individuals and teams to maximize their potential has led him to break numerous national and international sales records while working at Caterpillar over 14 years. He spent over 10 years living and working overseas in Geneva, Switzerland, Rome, Italy and Panama City, Panama.

Sergio served as the Executive Director of Development for Florida International University's College of Business, as well as the Executive Director of The Pacific Institute. He was a “40 under 40” recipient from the South Florida Business Journal and serves on the Jr. Orange Bowl, and South Florida Red Cross Committees. Sergio was the host the Caterpillar Inc. Power Podcast, he is a speaker aboard Celebrity Cruise Lines and is the founder of Gamechangers LIVE® Podcast.
